Experience

Farm management / supervision at a fish- or poultry farm - Plus

Knowledge of agriculture or aquaculture techniques - catfish spawning (induced spawning) or chick hatching - Essential

Ability to lead and manage a team - Essential

Knowledge of all current techniques, technology and machinery – Preferred

Knowledge of water quality and maintenance - Essential

Knowledge of feeding techniques / regimes at hatchery level - Essential

Ability to live and work in remote and basic conditions – Essential
