How the consultation process works
Initial discussion: Meet at CFH’s farm in Ekumfi Ekrawfo to discuss your objectives, experience, possible production system, access to the site and likely market.
Early assessment: Review the scale of the idea and establish an initial investment range so you can decide whether to continue.
Site survey and planning: If you proceed, CFH assesses the proposed location and develops the technical and financial planning required for the project.
Project documents: Depending on the assignment, deliverables may include design drawings, a bill of quantities, an implementation schedule, a location-based market review and a three-year cash-flow projection.
Construction and supervision: Where agreed, experienced local contractors can execute the works, with CFH providing technical supervision.
