We always start at our farm in Ekumfi Ekrawfo where we meet the client so that he/she learns what to expect from the business and from Cluster Farming. Accessibility to the farm and market access are also crucial during this first meeting. Based on this meeting an overall budget can be determined.
An investment proposal will be shared for evaluation after which the client will decide if, when and how to proceed. When the budget is accepted more detailed plans need to be made and Cluster Farming will do a site survey.
Clients will get detailed design drawings, Bill of Quantity, time plan for the construction, a brief market evaluation based on farm location and a 3-year cash flow prognosis.
Construction will be executed by local, experienced companies known and trusted by Cluster Farming. Supervision of the works will be done by Cluster Farming.
