He has got a strong business philosophy and strategy based on sustainability. His clear view of agriculture development in Africa is based on bringing small scale farmers together to create a commercial and viable farming cluster.

Maurice Valkenburg
Supply Chain Manager
Maurice is a certified supply chain expert with well over 30 years’ experience of which 10 years in Africa. He has got extensive experience in food procurement, warehousing, distribution, and marketing. His competence ranges from HACCP controlled (cold) storage and distribution to commercial sales activities. Next to that he has built up experience in chick hatchery management and catfish breeding.

Gladys Sackey
Hatching / Breeding Master - African catfish A hands-on, no-nonsense Madam who acquired the necessary knowledge in sustainable aquaculture production systems over the years. She has strong communicative skills is straight forward and uses a logical approach to the tasks at hand. These skills are beneficiary to her responsibility of the catfish operation at our farm.
